Requirements

• Well-established employment litigation and defense background.
• Current or recent experience with school third-party administrator employment panels.
• 15 years of employment law defense experience.
• Trial experience preferred.

• California Bar license required.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive case management commitment.
