StarCompliance is seeking a highly skilled, critical thinking Senior Application Support Engineer – SQL Specialist to join our expanding Client Support Services team. In this senior analyst position, you will primarily provide technical expertise for the level 2 application support team along with proactive application/database monitoring and issue resolution.

In Short

• Provide technical expertise and support for StarCompliance web applications.
• Utilize deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teams to support Azure environments.
• Configure and maintain Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements
