Overview

The Business Analyst at StarCompliance is a client-facing role responsible for gathering system configuration requirements and providing implementation services, acting as an intermediary between clients and internal teams.

In Short

• Identify client-defined configuration requirements.
• Produce Functional/Target Configuration Specifications.
• Configure applications to agreed specifications.
• Assist with the initial roll-out of applications.
• Deliver client training and implementation support.
• Facilitate user feedback sessions.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks.
• Partner with Product/QA for feature validation.
• Manage client expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to Professional Services best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing Business Analyst role.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a process-driven approach.
• Proactive in leading teams and managing projects.
• Strong SQL and HTML skills.
• Experience migrating clients from legacy solutions.
• Financial compliance experience preferred.
