We’re looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Business Analyst who will play a key role in the company’s strategic decisions.

In Short

• Collect, analyze, and organize data from different sources.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, and equivalent tools.
• Conduct competitive market analyses.
• Research market opportunities.
• Document business needs and process flows.
• Work closely with technology teams for efficient solutions.
• Automate reporting and data collection processes.
• Participate in backlog prioritization and release planning.
• Lead or support digital transformation projects.
• Test ideas and strategies, evaluating results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with PowerBI dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of competitive analysis and market research.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactivity and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
