Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will help drive the success of the business by providing business analyses and analytical solutions to guide management and operational decision-making.

In Short

• Work on projects dealing with key performance metrics tracking, financial and business assessments.
• Develop recommendations for business decisions related to owner/customer behavior and campaign management.
• Define necessary data for understanding product and business performance.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team for insightful reporting.
• Responsible for data collection, cleaning, and processing to identify patterns.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly across the organization.
• Work with teams in sales, marketing, finance, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
• Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
• Travel/Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Diligent and intellectually curious with high-quality analytical insights.
• Knowledge of programming languages like SAS, SQL, or Python.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Two years of experience in an analytical role.
