Overview

As a Business Analyst at Arise, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision and strategy for our leading weight loss app, contributing to a healthier and happier world.

In Short

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback for improvements.
• Develop feature requirements and oversee delivery with engineering teams.
• Work with UX/UI designers for intuitive design.
• Monitor app analytics and KPIs for product decisions.
• Oversee app operations and customer support.
• Manage compliance with data security regulations.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Prepare training materials and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s in business or management-related field preferred.
• Excellent English; German or Russian a plus.
