In Short

• Serve as a Business Analyst on a team at a Federal Government.
• Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Support proposal efforts as needed.
• Work closely with clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Capture detailed business requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Development, UX/UI, and QA teams.
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Retrospectives.
• Document functional specifications and product documentation.
• Continuously improve business analysis efforts.

Requirements

• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, preferably AWS.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
