• Undertake detailed analysis of business and user processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Analyse workflows to create process maps.
• Support IT and business teams with data insights.
• Ensure data integrity in reporting and analysis.
• Develop actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Produce technical specifications for project teams.
• Provide training and assistance to end-users.
• Identify opportunities to optimise IT systems.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a business environment.
• Strong communication skills with end-users and IT staff.
• Good understanding of systems/software development life cycle.
• Technical knowledge of programming and IT infrastructure.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Working with Children Check clearance (NSW).
• National Police Clearance.
