Overview

The Customer Engagement Representative will provide high-quality customer service, assisting with assessments and referrals to appropriate services at Aspect, a leading autism-specific service provider in Australia.

In Short

• Provide timely and professional customer service.
• Conduct basic assessments of customer needs.
• Part-time role: 3 days/week from 9:30am to 3pm.
• Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 TRP including Super (full-time equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in the disability sector preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Experience with sensitive situations and high volumes of inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or administration.
• Understanding of the NDIS and disability sector preferred.
• Experience with customer relationship management databases.
• Strong communication skills with a positive tone.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult situations.
• Experience managing large volumes of inquiries.
• Working with Children Check clearance (NSW).
• National Police Clearance.
