Contract Customer Engagement Representative - Remote

Overview

Neighborhoods.com is looking for a customer advocate to work from home and provide customer support via multiple communication channels for our portfolio of brands.

In Short

• Establish and nurture relationships with leads through calls, emails, and chat.
• Ensure customers understand the value of neighborhoods.com and 55places.com.
• Follow conversation scripts to deliver a consistent experience.
• Listen to leads’ needs and connect them to the appropriate partner agent.
• Support internal customers by resolving questions or concerns.
• Escalate issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• 2+ years of customer support experience.
• Internet speed of at least 50Mbps.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
