Customer Engagement Representative - Remote

In Short

• Provide warm, responsive support across email, chat, and phone
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs
• Use scripts and tools for a consistent customer experience
• Assign leads to the right partner agents or teams
• Troubleshoot questions or concerns
• Flag issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team
• Assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Hourly Pay: $16 USD/hour
• Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Duration: 3–6 months, with possibility of extension

Requirements

• Clear communication in spoken and written English
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Internet speed of at least 50Mbps
• High School diploma or equivalent
