We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a recruiter for our Partner Agent Program. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting experienced real estate agents to join our network. Your main objective will be to attract top talent and build a strong team of professionals who align with our company values and goals.

• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels.

• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market and trends.
