Contract Recruiter (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

First Resonance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter (Part-Time) to join our growing team. This is a critical part-time role that will play a significant part in scaling our talent acquisition efforts by supporting candidate pipelines for a variety of technical and sales-related roles.

• Manage and support various stages of the recruitment lifecycle for technical and sales roles.
• Proactively identify, attract, and engage candidates through diverse channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our ATS.
• Stay informed on industry trends and provide insights to the talent team.
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a contract capacity.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and ATS.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
