Overview

The Customer Engagement Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and support for our Veterinary clinic and Hospital customers using an Omni-channel approach.

In Short

  • Remote position within the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Manage daily customer orders and upsell/cross-sell products.
  • Proactively engage with customers to address inquiries and provide product information.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through timely responses and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions using Salesforce CRM.
  • Participate in internal training and webinars to improve product knowledge.
  • Support the standardization of policies and procedures.
  • Build rapport with customers and sales partners.
  • Must set up a home office to support customer interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Veterinary clinic experience strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Salesforce CRM experience desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with the veterinary industry preferred.
  • Must have access to high-speed internet.
