Overview

The Business Analyst role focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This position involves collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 5+ years of data analytics experience.
• 2+ years of experience creating and monitoring Tableau Reports.
• Strong T-SQL querying skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in consumer financial services and marketing.
• Familiarity with US regulations such as the Privacy Act.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Development Operations (ADO).
• Knowledge of website traffic management tools.
• Experience with affiliate marketing networks is a plus.
