Overview

StarCompliance is looking for a senior, hands-on Data Operations & Migration Specialist to oversee data feed operations and client data migration capabilities, combining technical leadership with day-to-day delivery.

• Lead data operations and migration initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in data operations or migration roles.
• Strong experience in financial services or regulated data environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Understanding of ETL processes and secure file transfer technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
