Principal GTM Data & Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced analyst to take ownership of high-impact analytics and operations projects, focusing on GTM operations and analytics.

In Short

• Own strategic operations projects including territory planning and forecasting.
• Lead the design and implementation of data models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Build and strengthen connections across the entire company.
• Write and maintain high-quality SQL and dbt models aligned with business logic.
• Define core success metrics for Sales and Marketing in collaboration with leadership.
• Conduct advanced analyses that directly influence strategic decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, ideally supporting go-to-market functions.
• Strong experience in GTM and Revenue operations.
• Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and analytics tooling.
• Experience with modern analytics workflows including dbt and git.
• Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated potential or prior experience in team leadership and mentorship.
