Data Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As the Data Operations Analyst at CO:CREATE, you’ll play a foundational role in building out the data infrastructure that powers our product, operations, and artist experience.

In Short

• Build and maintain dashboards that track artist performance, platform health, and key business metrics.
• Write intermediate SQL to pull and join data across sources like Stripe, GA4, backend systems, and HubSpot.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for Product, Artist Success, and Growth teams.
• Support goal tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning across teams.
• Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies before they become blockers.
• Maintain a single source of truth across tools, and ensure everyone can access the data they need.
• Own lightweight financial ops like monthly bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and payment tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to simplify workflows, document systems, and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in financial operations, bizops, or hybrid data/finance roles.
• Skilled in BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
• Familiar with QuickBooks, Stripe, Justworks, and Deel.
• Ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries across multiple tables and platforms.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex data into simple insights.
