• Seeking an Operations Data Analyst for the Brokerage Operations department.
• Develop and present operational reports to drive key business decisions.
• Design and maintain dashboards for various operational metrics.
• Create KPI reports across teams and compile customer satisfaction insights.
• Focus on structuring and visualizing data for leadership.
• Deliver monthly KPI reports to the COO and operations leadership.
• Build staffing driver analyses for strategic hiring decisions.
• Develop issue type dashboards to identify customer support challenges.
• Analyze customer sentiment and satisfaction data.
• Produce quarterly agent production reports.

Requirements

• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity with sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or operations.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analysis.
• Experience with ZenDesk reporting preferred.
• SQL or PowerBI experience preferred.
• Real estate industry knowledge is a bonus.
