IT Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

The IT Support Engineer is responsible for supporting internal employees by managing end-user hardware, administering Microsoft 365 services, and resolving day-to-day IT issues across the organization.

In Short

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-users.
• Set up and configure laptops for new employees.
• Securely wipe and decommission devices during offboarding.
• Assist with identity lifecycle operations using Azure Entra ID.
• Support user access and functionality across Microsoft 365.
• Enforce security configurations using BitLocker and Intune.
• Assist users with VPN connectivity and remote access issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT service tickets.
• Document procedures and improve internal workflows.
• Maintain inventory of devices and software licenses.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and administration.
• Experience with Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Understanding of basic networking and remote access tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent documentation habits.
