Requirements

• 2–4 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Proficiency with macOS & Windows device management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with user account management through Okta.
• Familiarity with endpoint security software.
• Experience with SaaS tools like Zoom and Slack.
• Understanding of AWS account permissions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Interest in supporting AI-tool policies.
