Overview

Airtasker’s IT Support Engineer owns our physical office IT infrastructure and the software systems that enable effective remote work, ensuring security and compliance.

In Short

• Maintain office infrastructure (Wifi, VPN, video conferencing) for high availability.
• Respond to technical support requests from staff.
• Onboard and offboard employees from key systems.
• Distribute hardware to local and remote workforce.
• Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors.
• Ensure compliance with security policies.
• Assist with compliance reporting for corporate infrastructure.
• Participate in office fitouts and upgrades.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in wireless networking and collaboration tools.
• Experience with OS X, Okta, Kandji, AWS.
• Ability to prioritize tasks using data.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Calm under pressure with urgent requests.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of stakeholders.
• Passion for building secure infrastructure.
