• Drive operational excellence and service delivery across global IT organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT organization.
• Expert-level proficiency in IT service management.
• Strong business acumen and operational excellence expertise.
• Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Track record of leading lean transformations.
• Deep understanding of IT operating models and lean practices.
• Bonus: ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certification.
