• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Emotional intelligence and high discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to streamline complex business processes for efficiency.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of KPIs and performance accountability.
• Experience in a Chief of Staff or Business Operations role is ideal.
