Application Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

StarCompliance is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our CSS Environments Team. In this lead analyst role, you’ll provide technical expertise for Level 2 application support while driving operational excellence through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our application and cloud environments.

In Short

• Provide advanced support for StarCompliance web applications hosted on IIS, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Manage and monitor Azure environments for reliability and performance.
• Upgrade and deploy applications with Azure pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SQL Server databases.
• Configure and troubleshoot Auth0 authentication and SSO.
• Proactively detect and resolve issues using monitoring tools.
• Support cloud migration and modernization efforts.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to peers and junior team members.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance application support.

Requirements

• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure and IIS.
• Advanced SQL Server knowledge, including T-SQL and performance optimization.
• Experience with Auth0 and identity services.
• Experience in managing Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Proven expertise with application monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
