Overview

We are seeking an experienced GPS Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide top-tier technical support for our GPS Tracker and Tracking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex GPS-related issues that affect our customers.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for GPS Tracker and Tracking solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to GPS trackers.
  • Collaborate with L2 support to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential GPS tracking issues.
  • Analyze support request patterns to identify systemic problems.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams for feedback.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new features.
  • Provide technical guidance to L1 and L2 support teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in technical support, focusing on GPS technology.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing complex technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of GPS technology and tracking systems.
  • Proficient in using support ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
