Overview

Sprout Social is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Partnerships Director to lead and scale our most mission-critical relationships across social networks, platforms, and technology ecosystems. This high-impact role sits within our product organization, giving you direct influence over roadmap discussions, prioritization, and long-term product direction. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our most strategic partnerships are deeply integrated into how we build and scale, driving innovation, collaboration, and growth through exceptional partnerships.

In Short

  • Own and expand strategic platform relationships with social networks and key technology partners.
  • Lead Sprout’s first-to-market product strategy with partners.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with C-level stakeholders.
  • Translate partner capabilities into product outcomes.
  • Evaluate new partnership opportunities and shepherd them from pitch through launch.
  • Structure and negotiate high-impact agreements.
  • Develop and manage reporting of strategic partnership activities.
  • Stay ahead of competitive trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as Sprout’s ambassador at industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success owning senior executive relationships.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to assess partner APIs.
  • Deep cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Experience in high-growth environments.
  • Willingness to travel at least quarterly.
