Overview

We’re seeking a strategic Director, People Effectiveness to architect the systems that define how our people grow, perform, and contribute at Sprout—from career frameworks and performance cycles to organizational design and change leadership.

In Short

• Own the design and delivery of performance management systems.
• Develop and lead organizational effectiveness efforts.
• Ensure clarity and consistency across career and performance systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organizational development or performance management.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams in distributed environments.
• Experience designing strategic people initiatives.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to influence leaders.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experimentation with technologies.
• Experience with organizational goal-setting methodologies.
