Requirements

• 10+ years of People Operations experience in high-growth tech companies.
• Experience in the web3/crypto industry is a must.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building initiatives from scratch.
• Experience managing a globally dispersed workforce.
• Strong operational thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Significant experience in benefits administration and related functions.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong handle on compliance and employment laws.
