Sprout Social is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts for the Sales & Success team in Ireland.

In Short

  • Cultivate strong relationships and loyalty with Mid-Market - Enterprise customers.
  • Be the primary point of contact, providing a personalised experience to each customer.
  • Drive value and product adoption for customers, providing strategic guidance.
  • Manage direct relationships with 50+ customers simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate success in retaining and expanding Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Build relationships with senior-level decision makers.
  • Provide consulting and strategic guidance related to social media tools.
  • Participate in training and onboarding programs.
  • Establish relationships with customer-facing departments.
  • Maintain product expertise to serve as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS/Software.
  • 2+ years managing an Enterprise book of business.
  • Success in retaining and renewing Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience influencing senior-level decision makers.
  • Passionate about customer success and providing an exemplary experience.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Technical aptitude to identify opportunities within the platform.
  • Experience in SaaS/Software/Technology industry preferred.
  • Experience with social media tools is a plus.
