Overview

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts for the Sales & Success team.

In Short

  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within strategic accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to assess platform usage.
  • Partner with Onboarding and Professional Services teams for customer training.
  • Monitor platform usage and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive customer expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Track key customer success metrics and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on customer feedback.
  • Identify and mitigate customer churn risks.
  • Propose independent initiatives to drive impact across the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS/Software.
  • 2+ years managing an Enterprise book of business.
  • Experience in retaining and expanding Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude to guide customers through the platform.
