Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in the People domain.
• Experience in a global or remote setup is preferred.
• Background in SaaS B2B growth-stage startups is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset for tracking employee engagement.
• Ability to design engagement strategies from scratch.
• Deep understanding of employee lifecycle management.
• Passion for building high-performing, people-centric cultures.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
