Overview

The Revenue Enablement Lead at Spring Health will build commercial acumen through the design and execution of enablement programs that translate strategic priorities into scalable field activation, enhancing sales performance through coaching, training, and behavior change strategies.

  • Partner with Sales Managers to coach and upskill their teams.
  • Improve knowledge retention and training effectiveness.
  • Boost win rates through scalable programs.
  • Consistent attainment of sales quotas across teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enablement, product management, or product marketing.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message.
  • Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-backed insights.
