Senior Software Engineering Manager (Mobile) - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Software Engineering Manager is responsible for Spok Mobile, Care Connect Web, and the Performance, Integration and Certification Solution test team. The chosen leader will play a critical role in the future of the Spok product suite. They will lead multiple development and QA teams to enhance, sustain, and innovate solutions to improve the customer experience – building upon our existing services, while building the infrastructure utilized in the modernization of the Spok products.

In Short

• Lead a team of engineers to develop Spok’s software.
• Ensure proper technical guidance in software design and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Six to eight years of related experience.
• Agile development, SAFE experience preferred.
• 5+ years of managing engineering resources.
• 8+ years of development or development testing experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience managing multiple software development teams.
• Experience with secure development practices.
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines.
