• Manage a global team of 6-8 talented SW engineers.
• Drive design decisions around improving product architecture.
• Foster continuous learning and adherence to engineering best practices.

• Improve scalability and performance of services.
• Engage in hands-on engineering work as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing distributed engineering teams.
• 4+ years of development experience in Go, Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and performance.
• Preferred experience in a SaaS product company.
• Ability to quickly understand new products.
• Self-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with agile development processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
