Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience with Java and/or Golang.
• Experience with Docker, Testing, CICD, Git, Relational and no-SQL Databases.
• Proven track record in architecting distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
