In Short

• Lead a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence.
• Work closely with Data Engineers on AI/ML pipeline.
• Foster team growth and ensure software system stability.
• Promote software development best practices and design principles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Customer Support, and Product Management.
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Align team’s work with business goals.
• Remove roadblocks and identify potential issues proactively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in Agile.
• 3-5 years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems in AWS.
• Strong technical acumen for design trade-offs and architectural decisions.
• Hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience as a software engineer required.
