Overview

As Sales Director for Latin America, you will drive enterprise sales growth managing a strategic portfolio split between existing accounts and new logo acquisition.

  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 4X annual quota.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and ROI analyses.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales engineers.
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise software/technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing new logo deals valued at $1.8M+.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles using MEDDIC methodology.
  • Experience selling AI and automation solutions.
  • Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of Latin American business culture.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
