Overview

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Minnesota to develop and maintain a dealer network to achieve maximum sales growth within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for all activities to build and maintain effective dealer and retail sales channels to sell our portfolio of nutrient use efficiency products.

  • Ability to build and deliver presentations.
  • Knowledge of agriculture inputs market.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ability to build relationships in person and remotely.
  • Understanding of business financials.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
