Veteran Affairs Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Veteran Affairs Account Manager will play a key role in connecting Veteran clients to Community Care Network (CCN) mental health services, serving as the primary liaison between SonderMind and Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs.
• Ability to manage networks across time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with technical systems.
