Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations will be a key leader responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of the entire revenue cycle at SonderMind, ensuring revenue generation from patient access to billing and collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in optimizing revenue operations.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and healthcare finance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in EHR and practice management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in revenue cycle management is desirable.
