Overview

As a Key Account Manager at SOMFY, you will manage and develop relationships with OEM clients, focusing on strategic partnerships and sales growth.

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic partnerships with OEMs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate on customer-specific solutions.
  • Monitor clients' needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research for new opportunities.
  • Set up budgets and conduct client analyses.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance.

Requirements

  • Higher education in sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience in sales of technical goods for OEMs.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; native proficiency in Polish.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Category B driving license.
