  • Expert support for selected specialist craft customers in the specified postal code regions, particularly through qualified technical and sales-related consulting and training.
  • Maintenance of the customer base based on systematic market, customer, and competitive analyses.
  • Targeted sales of our quality products.

Requirements

  • Degree or solid technical or commercial training.
  • Experience in field sales with proven sales success, ideally in the field of complex technical products.
  • Mastery of modern approaches to territory management and sales control and supporting tools (CRM and BI analysis tools).
  • Strong digital orientation.
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills and a pronounced systematic working method.
  • “Hunter”, “Can Do”, and “Hands-On” mentality.
  • High social competence.
