Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for progressing existing and developing new opportunities across different partner businesses in the UK, driving SolarEdge's revenue and market share in the residential solar market.

In Short

  • Identify and close sales opportunities in the UK.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts.
  • Provide revenue forecasts and review sales results.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in defining and improving the product portfolio based on market feedback.
  • Provide input on marketing and product positioning strategies.
  • Execute brand and messaging strategy.
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences.
  • Liaise with local and international teams to meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in business development or sales.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of sales success and market share growth.
  • Strong technical aptitude related to SolarEdge products.
  • Ability to identify and convert new accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
