• Develop and implement a robust growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

• Implement marketing initiatives in the UK to drive customer acquisition.
• Manage the business development analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Support professional development and training for the ambassadors and contractors in the UK.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a growth-focused role, with a record of accomplishment in driving business growth.
• Extensive knowledge of growth strategies, marketing, sales funnels, and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience leading and inspiring teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
