Overview

The Vice President of Compliance, Governance, and Legal will lead the Risk & Compliance function at PayAngel, ensuring regulatory obligations are met while promoting best practices in risk management and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in compliance, risk, or legal leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Crime, data protection, and regulations.
• Experience managing regulatory audits and compliance programs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
