Overview

The Membership Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, retaining existing corporate members, and recruiting new members in the Northeast region for the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years in membership and chapter relations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot preferred.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Proven success in member recruitment and retention.
  • Creative approach to sales and member engagement.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Interest in advancing clean energy initiatives.
  • Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.
