Manager, Membership Retention - Remote

Overview

The Membership Retention Manager plays a pivotal role in SEIA’s business development efforts by leading strategic and operational initiatives focused on member retention, engagement, and satisfaction.

In Short

• Lead and implement retention-focused outreach strategies.
• Develop and manage a proactive renewal engagement process.
• Collaborate with Membership Regional Development Managers.
• Maintain detailed account overviews and dashboards.
• Conduct offboarding interviews to understand reasons for attrition.
• Serve as a key point of contact for member communications.
• Support membership data accuracy in Salesforce.
• Generate reports and insights for leadership.
• Provide support for SEIA’s Sphere community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in membership engagement or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is required.
• Prior experience in a trade association is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a can-do attitude and interest in clean energy.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
