The Salon Business Development Manager - Northeast is a field sales position responsible for driving business, Nutrafol brand loyalty, and Nutrafol brand recognition in a defined geographic territory through new salon business development and existing salon business growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Salon Professional outside sales experience required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High sales drive and ability to close new business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Service-oriented and adaptable to various personalities.
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Slack, Salesforce.
  • 75% travel required.
