Overview

Sojern is looking for an energetic and driven Hotel Sales Director to join our Americas Property Sales Team. Within this role, you will act as a dynamic player-coach by personally contributing to our monthly acquisition goals, while coaching, managing, and growing a team of passionate Sales Managers.

In Short

  • Lead and empower a team of senior sales professionals.
  • Manage a small book of business to generate new sales.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings for coaching and development.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing sales staff.

  • Review and coach on complex prospecting conversations.
  • Utilize Salesforce for reporting on KPIs.
  • Encourage collaboration across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong track record in managing senior sales teams.
  • Ability to build and manage KPIs.
  • Goal-oriented and passionate professional.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
